  Create an XSL Rendering

To create an XSL Rendering:

  1. XSL Renderings are created by copying the boilerplate code from /sitecore/shell/templates/xsl.xslt – changes made to this file will appear in all new XSL Renderings.  Modifying this boilerplate can be convenient for declaring common namespaces, removing redundant comments, including XSL template libraries, etc.
  2. Log in to the Sitecore Desktop on a development server as a user with appropriate permissions.
  3. Open Layout Studio.
  4. Choose File » New » XSL and execute the wizard.
